I can’t access to my account
I have tried to talk to you guys but. Nobody talks Spanish.

Resolved: Cancel Account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After apologizing for being unable to delete what i had uploaded into the account they also added the information wouldn't be erased. Be aware this is a Chinese company collecting information on bank accounts, drivers license and other government issued id’s, address and associates.
I want to cancel my account asap and have my data erased. My phone number is 803-971-****. Why do you make canceling the account so difficult?

Recover stolen crypto
I was encouraged to invest in a company on an advert . I contacted the company and was assured that everything was legit and to prove the point I invested 5000 USD and then had it returned to me with no problems.
As a result I continued trading. All went well, so well that my account was showing in excess of 280,902 USD but when I tried to take some of the profits my account went from the above to zero within 60 seconds and the after making complaints. I was told that I had not completed the required trades and that their were suspicious activities on my account. They had full control of my account, They carried out all trades without discussing anything with me.
These companies are bunch of criminals and why they are allowed to trade and not in prison is beyond me. I find myself fortunate to have been able to recocver my asset with the help of hacktified.

Stolen money
This company stole $28,000 dollars from me in march and refuses to return it back to me . Tells tales and lies constantly having us go in circles .
They keep saying have wells Fargo reversed the arch transaction back to my originating account . Thats dumb wellsfarho said they cant do that. they didnt ininate the withdrawal webull did .
Wel[lsfargo said and its been recorded on my iPad when speaking to them that the company is lieing and it seems as a scam fraud situation . They have restricted my account webull and they will not let me have my $28,000 dollars back I have so much evidence about webul and the lies that I caught them with and wells Fargo that this is differently fraud .

Cant get on acc needs bank acc statements, dont have one all done on my phone, why did you make me have to continually sign in

Linking a bank with webull is a pain. I really am a Pissed off customer. If I did not have a positive balance I would just delete the app.

Customer service is not that good, difficult to use the website
This company has a very website and mobile website which are not at all user friendly. Impossible to use so far for me.
Ive had horribly customer service a couple times but also had good customer service. Still the bad is real bad. I cant change my bank without going to great lengths and still webull holds my first account as the only one I can withdraw into. I havent used the first account in years.
Its so frustrating. Im probably gonna go somewhere else due to this

Webull stole money from me, with terraluna selloff, they took every sell transaction, when terra luna was dropping price, then when they started coming up, and my balance was over 11,500.00
I called today, and talked to Steve, he would not give his last name, I asked him why Weibull would not let me sell lunar for a profit, he acted offended, I video recorded the conversation, and screenshot transactions, of my selloff of Luna Terra, I'm going to put down a retainer fee with my lawyer, tomorrow, and put together a u tube video, of how I was lied to , and still cheated by we bull! I will not stop, showing my story to social media! I have proof, and I will be suing we bull !
User's recommendation: Do not use this trading exchange, they will rob you, video every transaction, and record every conversation, Webull stole almost 6,000. Dollars from me, webull would not let me sell Lunaterra for a profit, do not use Webull for crypto trading, they will cheat you

Could not sell 7000.00 of terra luna crypto today,
Webull locked me out of my account today, I could not sell 7000.00 of terra luna crypto, I then called Steve in customerstaked service, to find out why I could not sell, and I recorded the conversation, he still did not help me! I am 5,700 negative on the 7000.00 I tried to sell, I am trying to resolve this matter today, or early tomorrow, if not I'm hiring a lawyer, and will bring all evidence with me, and will be suing for all damage expenses
